Without a description, the item cannot be classified: the trade name and the reference are never used to classify.
The same reference appears on several lines. At launch, you will choose to keep the first occurrence or all lines.
Without a composition, the engine will stop on a question as soon as a text requires the material (wool, cotton, silk…).
Nothing is corrected or changed for you: each check flags, you decide.
At the column mapping step, a summary shows the number of lines and flags lines without a description, duplicate references, empty composition cells and mandatory columns not mapped. No credits, no AI call.
Before launchAt launch, products already classified for the same destination are flagged: overwrite them, import only the new ones, or cancel.
Before launchAt the end of the batch, identical items (same description, composition, gender and country) that received different codes are flagged “To check”. No code is changed.
After the batchAs soon as a code is final, a PDF quotes word for word the GIRs, notes and explanatory notes applied, with the facts used and their source.
