Connect a store
A super user generates the link key from the account menu, “Connect my store”, “Shopify app” card. The key is shown only once: paste it into the CrossbordIA app in your store (CrossbordIA page → Relier).
You start classification from the app and answer classification questions directly in Shopify. Credits are debited under the same rule as on the website.
Only final codes, with no pending question, are written to Shopify. The same code is written to every variant of the product. Writing happens every hour, or immediately with “Écrire les codes” (Write codes) in the app.
A Shopify product is matched to its CrossbordIA product sheet by its Shopify ID, never by the SKU.
If your company is billed through Shopify, the subscription and credits are paid on your Shopify bill. On the website, payment buttons are replaced by this message: “Your credits are managed from the CrossbordIA app in your Shopify admin.” In the app, open the “Offre et crédits” (Plan and credits) page.
Billing through Shopify: the Shopify connection and the customs invoice are included; the REST API and webhooks remain tied to your plan.
