Connect a store
On the product sheet, tick “Send to Shopify”. For several products, use “Send to Shopify” in the “My products” menu. If several stores are linked, choose the store.
The checkbox only appears if your plan includes the store connection and a store is linked through the Shopify app.
The Shopify app creates the product as a draft in your store. Sending is free and possible before any classification.
The product sheet shows who requested the sending and when, then “Created in Shopify on …”, or the failure with its reason. If it fails, “Relaunch” renews the request.
The product is created only once. CrossbordIA never deletes a product in your store. A request not yet processed can be cancelled with “Cancel sending”; a product already linked to Shopify is skipped.
Once the product is created, its codes follow the usual flow: they are written to Shopify when they are final, with no pending question.
