    Create a product

    In “My products”, click “Create a product”. Only the reference is mandatory; add the name, the customs description, the material, the use, the gender if relevant, the country of origin and photos. The product is saved without classification and without any credit debited.

    Then open the sheet and start classification: 1 credit per country, price shown before confirmation.

    Edit a product

    On the sheet, click “Edit”. The effect of each change is shown before saving.

    • No effect on the code: reference, notes, price, supplier.
    • Country of origin: the duties and requirements shown follow the new country, without reclassification or credit.
    • May change the code: name, description, material, gender, use, condition, assortment, dimensions, photos. The current code is kept and the sheet becomes “To recheck”.

    To recheck

    The banner lists the modified fields (before → after). Nothing is reclassified automatically: “Reclassify” costs 1 credit per country and is only started after your confirmation. The “To recheck” filter in “My products” groups these sheets.

    History

    The sheet keeps the history of changes: date, author or origin (screen, API, file import, store), value before and after. The same detection applies to changes made through the API (PATCH /products-api), by file import and to changes reported by the store.
