    Regulatory requirements

For a final code, the “Regulatory requirements” tool in Help and the product sheet list the import documents and controls for the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States and Norway, based on official sources. No credit is debited.

    • A requirement linked to a material or a species (CITES, form 3-177, Lacey, formaldehyde, decaBDE) is never presumed: you are asked a closed question, and the requirement is only shown based on your answer
    • The TSCA import certification (positive or negative) is shown on the code for chapters 32 and 3901 to 3914: it is a declaration by the importer

    Customs invoice

From “My orders”, get help drafting the customs invoice for an order outside the European Union, to be reviewed and signed by the exporter. Prepared from your data, it guarantees neither compliance nor completeness: as the exporter, you remain solely responsible for its content. Review it before sending and sign the declaration of accuracy. Each generation costs 1 credit, shown before you confirm; an invoice unchanged since its last generation is not debited again. If generation fails, nothing is debited.

    3

    Duty history

History of archived official rates, with the date of each change, for the jurisdictions monitored. If a jurisdiction has no archived rate yet (this is the case for the United States), the sheet says so; only the rate in force is then published. No amount is calculated.
