Save an answer to regulatory requirements

    Product management

    1

    Principle

On a closed requirements question (for example “product derived from seal?”, CITES species, composite wood in furniture), tick “Remember this answer for other items” then answer “No”. The question is no longer asked on your other items within the chosen scope. Free, without any AI call.

    2

    Scope

The company of the active workspace (a shipper workspace counts for itself); one destination (EU, United Kingdom, United States, Norway, Canada) or all; all codes or only a chapter or the start of a code.

    3

    What is shown

The card shows “Not concerned — standing instruction of DD/MM/YYYY (by …)”. If customs require an exemption code (Y032, Y922…), it remains displayed.

    4

    Priorities

    Three rules govern instructions:

    • Only the answer “No” can be remembered: an instruction never creates a requirement.
    • A fact declared on the item always prevails (for example a declared species).
    • An obligation that depends on the code alone is never removed.
    5

    Manage

Rules page, “Requirements” tab: each instruction with its scope, its author and the number of uses. Disable it so the question is asked again. Reserved for plans including regulatory requirements; a read-only shipper workspace cannot create any.
