The HS code and the national code

The first 6 digits (HS) are common to all countries. The following digits depend on the national nomenclature: CN/TARIC for the EU, UK Global Tariff, HTS for the United States, Tolltariffen for Norway and the Customs Tariff for Canada.

    • Fictitious example: 6110 20 10 90 — chapter 61, heading 6110, subheading 6110 20, then national subdivisions

A documented result, without a score

CrossbordIA shows no confidence score. The result is either a final code (terminal line of the nomenclature), a stop at a level with a question, or an internal review.

    3

    The descent

The product sheet shows the descent chapter → heading → subheading → national code with the official labels, and the texts quoted word for word.
