Credits: what is billed, 12-month validity

    Getting started

    1

    What uses a credit

The website, import, API and stores apply the same rule: one credit per item and per country, when the first result is delivered. The 27 European Union countries count as a single country.

    • Fictitious example: an item classified for the European Union and the United Kingdom uses 2 credits
    • “Reclassify” is only offered after the item has been modified and uses a new credit

    What is free

    No credit is used for:

    • a technical error, insufficient data or a suspended process
    • your answers to questions and the resumptions that follow
    • cancelling an answer
    • creating and applying a standing instruction
    • the customs justification (PDF)
    • checking the file before classification

    12-month validity

Each batch of credits (monthly payment, top-up, trial) is valid for 12 months from when it is credited. Credits are used starting with those that expire soonest; those reaching their expiry date are removed automatically.

    Insufficient balance

When the balance is no longer sufficient, classification is refused with a link to the Pricing page. On a paid plan, you can buy a top-up. If your credits run out during a classification, the batch is suspended without being charged; results already calculated are shown without a new calculation as soon as you top up.
