Create your account

On the sign-up page, enter your email address and a password. No bank card is required: signing up opens the Free plan.

Confirm your email

A confirmation email is sent to you. Click the link to activate your account; without this confirmation, you cannot sign in.

Accept the terms

On your first sign-in, read the Terms of Use and Terms of Sale to the end so you can accept them. Acceptance is time-stamped.

Set up your company

Enter its country, its identifier and its type of business. In France, the 9-digit SIREN is mandatory and the company's existence is checked in the public directory. Only one free plan is granted per company, and a user belongs to a single company.

• A freight forwarder can create shipper workspaces to classify on behalf of its clients
• The information can still be edited from the Company page, depending on your rights

Invite your team

From the Company page, invite your colleagues by email. The number of users depends on the plan (2 on the Free plan).
