Plans: features by plan and 10-credit trial

What distinguishes the plans

The trial gives access to the features included in the Free plan (the table on the Pricing page is the reference): 10 credits offered once, without a bank card. Paid plans differ in volume of credits, limits and certain features: EU regulations and official duties, standing instructions, store connection, the REST API and webhooks, regulatory requirements by destination and the history of archived official rates are reserved for Premium and Pro; isolated shipper workspaces are reserved for Pro. Priority support (reply within 24 business hours, Monday to Friday) is a service of the Premium and Pro plans, separate from the features: it is not included in the trial. The 10-credit trial

The trial gives access to the features included in the Free plan (the table on the Pricing page is the reference): 10 credits offered once, without a bank card. Credits are valid for 12 months.

• Only one free plan per company
• In France, a valid and active SIREN is mandatory and checked
• Storage of 10 items and 2 users
• API: 10 requests per minute and 100 per day
• Disposable addresses are refused

Move to a paid plan

From the Pricing page, choose a tier. The tier's credits are credited each month (or all at once on the annual plan, paid 10 months for 12). When changing tier, the rules of the Terms of Sale apply.
