The US customs file

    Invoices and documents

    1

    What it is

A ZIP file that gathers supporting documents for a shipment or a product sheet to the United States. Free, with no credit and no AI.

    2

    Where to download it

    Two access points:

    • Product sheet, United States tab, final code: “Download the customs file (ZIP)”
    • “My orders”, “All invoices” tab: “Customs file” button on an invoice to the United States whose PDF exists
    3

    What it contains

Depending on the code and the established requirements:

    • the 19 CFR 141.89 invoice attachment, for the families of goods covered by that text (wearing apparel, textiles, footwear, watches…)
    • one data sheet per established requirement: Lacey Act declaration (PPQ 505), TSCA certification, FDA prior notice
    • for an invoice: the packing list and the invoice PDF
    • a manifest.json file: version, fingerprints and sources
    4

    What it does not do

Signatures and certifications are left for the declarant to complete: no box is ticked on your behalf. Unknown data is marked “to be completed by the declarant”. The PPQ 505 sheet prepares the declarant's data; it is not the form, which is filed via ACE or LAWGS.

    5

    Versions

Unchanged facts give the same version; otherwise a new version is created. The version number is shown when you download.

    6

    Plan and responsibility

The customs file is reserved for plans that include regulatory requirements; the table on the Pricing page is the reference. It is prepared from the data supplied by the customer: the exporter remains solely responsible for its accuracy.
